The 2025 ACT Conference proved to be another groundbreaking event, bringing together 140 participants from across Eastern New England for a day of high level training, interlodge bonding, and fellowship with brothers. We can’t wait to see everyone again at NEF 2025!
The 2026 ACT Conference will help lodges Adapt to face major challenges, Collaborate with peers across the section, and eventually Thrive by becoming high-performing. This training event, designed for lodge leaders, employs theory and techniques that reflect the current best practices in teaching and listening and can not be missed. Training tracks and session information will be coming in late 2026.

At ACT, I was inspired by all of the leaders I met. I learned so many different ways that lodges run and how they manage from the various trainings. I made plenty of friends and look forward to our section’s next ACT Conference!

Attending ACT provided me with valuable insights into the areas I needed to improve to become a more effective leader in my lodge. I enjoyed the opportunity to connect with other leaders from across the section, exchanging ideas and learning about strategies that have worked for their lodges. These conversations sparked fresh ideas that I was able to bring back to my lodge!

Time and time again the ACT conference has proven to always be fun and informative; it's always interesting to hear new perspectives from other Arrowmen and learn ways I can improve my lodge!

Refer a Friend to ACT!
This year, on the ACT registration form, participants had the ability to report that someone referred them to ACT. This year we were happy to congratulate Kylie Z. from Tulpe Lodge for taking the $50 1st place prize with 16 points, Will R. from Madockawanda Lodge for the $40 2nd place prize with 6 points, and Nick L. from Passaconaway Lodge taking the $30 3rd place prize with 5 points.
The section is currently running the same competition to see who can bring the most amount of people to NEF! Will it be you?
