From 2026 into 2027, the Order of the Arrow will be introducing a new Inductions Process. As part of that process, one exemplar lodger per section will attend a National Inductions Experience. For Section E19, that lodge is Pennacook. That exemplar lodge will attend a National Inductions Experience and then run a Section Inductions Experience to train lodge level inductions leaders from the other lodges in the section on the new inductions process and prepare them to run at least one lodge level demonstration before April 2027.
The Lodge Chief and Adviser are empowered to select the 15 members of their lodge who are leaders in the inductions process to attend. The guidance is to send no more than 2-3 adults within that 15 and they should be the adults crucial in the induction process. If you have questions about your lodge contingent, please reach out to your Lodge Chief and Adviser.
If you are from a lodge outside of Section E19 and would like to send your contingent to our Section Induction Experience on May 1-3, please have your Lodge Adviser email advisers@e19.oa-scouting.org by April 15th so we can include you in communications.
Your lodge will be scheduling a demonstration of the new inductions process in the coming months so if you aren’t part of the Section Induction Event delegation, keep an eye open for that.
