OAHA Scholarships
The Section E19 OAHA program scholarship was created in hopes to provide monetary support to Arrowmen within the section by paying a partial or full scholarship to one of the Order of the Arrow High Adventure programs at Philmont Scout Ranch, Northern Tier, Florida Sea Base and the Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve.
